Hand-made delights Gasthaus Hirsch

Experience the special delights hand-made by Andreas Sondej! More slow food is barely possible! Mr. Sondej does not only produce the ingredients he uses for his dishes himself, but, together with his family, also tries to cultivate as much as possible on local fields.

Home-made apple juice and distilled schnapps can be tasted there and exceptional dishes are prepared with self-collected wild herbs. The menu includes seasonal specialties and therefore varies according to the seasons. As you will see, it is for good reason that Andreas Sondej’s hand-made delights are mentioned in the Slow Food Guide 2015.
